- All orders placed via our online e-shop (TZABE.GR), will be confirmed prior to shipping. Once the order has been confirmed by our staff, e-mail notification will be sent providing information on which carrier, courier, or transport company will be delivering your goods. All shipping, courier, and/or transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Your satisfaction is what we strive for. Before any goods are returned to TZABE.GR, a return number must be issued. Returns and Replacements are allowed on those items where a guarantee is provided. Each product on our website states whether there is a guarantee. If there is no guarantee specified, than you must inform us of your intention to return the item 7 days from the date of receipt.

- Ordering can be placed in the following manners:
1. Calling our offices and placing your order with our sales staff.
2. Ordering online through TZABE.GR, by logging into your customer account. (click here to do so now).
3. Faxing your order to our offices.
Online orders can be placed at anytime during the day. Orders placed through TZABE.GR after the posted business hours, will not be processed or looked at until the following business day. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is on the following basis. TZABE.GR is dedicated to providing the best possible price in the market. To do so, we make all of our inventory purchases with cash terms. In order to pass on such good pricing and to continue to do so in the future, we have positioned ourselves in such a way as to only accept bank transfers, or electronic payment prior to any goods being shipped.
Pricing for any product ordered through our website is as is, except in out of stock cases. If the customer adds a product to their wishlist so that they may monitor once it is back in stock. There is no guarantee that the price will be the same. TZABE.GR change prices from time to time as shipments and importing costs fluctuate.
Promotions are made from time to time, however are not advertised on the website. They are communicated directly to existing clients via e-mail or through the telephone. - Viewing Orders

- Warranty
- Warranties on fuel injectors or any other part and accessory, must have the following to be valid for return and/or replacement:
1. Proof of installation by a certified mechanic via invoice or proof of purchase.
2. The installation must not be later than 10 days from the date of purchase from TZABE.GR, Mpardakis & Associates O.E. - Updating Account Information
